Article 2 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Lina Beauty & Cosmetics and to every agreement established between the customer and the webshop.

Article 3 – Offers and Prices
All prices include VAT.
Offers are valid while supplies last.
Obvious mistakes in pricing or product information are not binding.

Article 4 – Orders and Payment
Payment must be made via the offered payment methods (iDeal, credit card, etc.).
The order is only final after payment has been received.
After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation by email.

Article 5 – Delivery and Shipping Costs
Delivery takes place to the address provided by the customer.
Shipping costs and expected delivery times are displayed during checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

Article 6 – Returns and Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day reflection period after receiving the product.
Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Hygienic products (such as makeup or lenses) may only be returned unopened.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned shipment.

Article 7 – Warranty and Complaints
We guarantee the quality of our products.
Received products damaged or defective? Report this within 48 hours.
Complaints will be handled within 5 working days.

Article 8 – Liability
Lina Beauty & Cosmetics is not liable for damage caused by improper use of products.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions – always consult the ingredient list.

Article 10 – Governing Law
These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. In case of disputes, the court in the Netherlands has jurisdiction.
