We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met.

Return Conditions

• Submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

• Hygienic products, such as makeup and lenses, can only be returned if unopened.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or opened products.

• Products sealed for hygienic reasons that have been opened after delivery.

• Products that are personalized or specially ordered.

How to Return a Product

• Send an email within 14 days to info@linabeauty.nl with your order number and reason for the return.

• After approval, you will receive instructions for the return address.

• Pack the product carefully to prevent damage during transport.

Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method you used.
